This 18-minute workout combines dumbbell strength training with simple lymphatic and fascia-focused movements to help you build muscle, improve mobility, boost circulation, and leave feeling energized instead of exhausted. It's one of my favorite ways to train because it challenges the body while still feeling good. You'll alternate between lifting and flowing so you can stay strong, mobile, and refreshed from start to finish.
