While we were in Costa Rica hosting our annual EatMoveRest Retreat, the coronavirus pandemic escalated rapidly. We became increasingly anxious to get back home where we could self-isolate and begin our quarantine. Thankfully, we were able to finish out yet another amazing week with new friends, and we're sharing some of the life-changing takeaways that we picked up on to bring home with us from the tropics. Hopefully you all can incorporate some of these practices into your day-to-day to help eliminate stress and ease anxiety, especially during this time of isolation and social distancing!
