This 20-minute longevity workout is designed to help you stay strong, mobile, energized, and healthy for life. We’re combining mobility, lymphatic and fascia flow, strength training, grounding, body tapping, and breath work into one simple full body routine you can come back to daily.

Most workouts only focus on one thing, but true longevity comes from building strength, improving mobility, supporting recovery, and keeping your body moving well as you age. This routine is low impact, beginner friendly, and designed to help you feel better physically and mentally.

I highly recommend doing this workout barefoot outside if possible. Grass, sand, dirt, sunlight, and fresh air can make this feel even more restorative and grounding. Try this daily for the next 30 days and notice what changes.
