If you don’t have an hour, this 25-minute full body drop set workout is all you need. We’re using dumbbells and bodyweight to push each movement to fatigue with no repeats, meaning every set counts. You’ll start weighted, then drop to bodyweight to fully burn out each muscle group for strength, endurance, and fat-burning results. This is one of my favorite efficient workouts when you want to feel strong, sweaty, and accomplished fast. Repeat it twice through if you have more time and want an even deeper burn.
