This 25-minute full-body dumbbell strength and sculpt workout is designed to help you build lean muscle, improve endurance, and feel strong from head to toe, all with low-impact, no-jumping movements. We’ll move through 5 focused blocks using a simple 4-minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) format with short recovery flows between rounds, so you can keep moving, stay energized, and train at your own pace. Grab a few sets of dumbbells, move with control, and let’s get stronger together.
A quick note:
Most of my workout videos do not include warmups or cooldowns.
