Need a quick reset for your body? This 6 minute full body stretch is perfect as a post-workout cool down or as a standalone routine anytime you feel tight, stiff, or tense. We’ll move through a simple head-to-toe sequence designed to release tension, improve mobility, and help your body recover so you can feel strong, flexible, and energized.

I personally use this exact stretch after workouts to help reduce soreness, improve recovery, and bring my nervous system back down after movement. No equipment needed, beginner friendly, and easy to add onto any workout or busy day.
