If you want to build strength, improve coordination, and get your heart rate up without long workouts, this 20 minute full body superset workout is for you. Today we’re training using supersets, meaning two exercises back to back with short rest in between to maximize results in less time. You’ll move through functional dumbbell exercises that target your legs, glutes, upper body, and core while also building endurance.
Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds, followed by a short rest after both movements, and each superset is repeated twice so you can focus on form while still getting an effective full body challenge. Grab your dumbbells, press play, and let’s get stronger together.
