We start with a 5-minute feel-good lymph flow to boost circulation, reduce stagnation, and wake up the body. Then we move into a 10-minute dumbbell ladder workout designed to build strength, increase endurance, and deliver real results in a short amount of time.
All you need is a set of dumbbells (Iโ€™m using 15s). Move at your own pace, rest as needed, and see how far you can climb.
