Get ready to strengthen and sculpt your legs and glutes with this quick and effective 20 minute dumbbell workout you can do at home. This lower body routine uses a simple circuit format repeated 3 times to help you build strength, tone muscles, and stay moving the entire workout.

You’ll target your:
• Glutes
• Quads
• Hamstrings
• Inner and outer thighs

All you need is a set of dumbbells and a little space. This workout is beginner friendly with options to level up if you want more challenge.
