20 Min Full Body Workout to Get Lean & Strong

If you want a simple, effective full body workout you can do at home, this is it. Today we’re running through some of my favorite exercises in a 20 minute dumbbell circuit designed to build lean muscle, boost endurance, and leave you feeling strong and energized without overcomplicating things. We’ll move through 6 exercises using dumbbells and a band with a 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off format, repeating the circuit 3 times before finishing with a quick 2 minute lower body finisher. This is one of my favorite ways to stay lean, strong, and consistent as a busy mom. Grab your weights and let’s move.
