After our recent grocery haul, we wanted to show you what meals we actually make from a $100 plant-based grocery budget for our family of five. Instead of rigid meal plans that never seem to work in real life, we like to prep simple components that can be mixed and matched all week. In this video weβre prepping realistic weekday vegan meals for our family using grains, beans, tofu, veggies, sauces, and smoothie prep to make healthy eating easier. We teach you our "default plate" and "balance bowl" concepts and how to keep the "guard rails" on, so making the healthy choice becomes the easy choice! Think taco bowls, Asian bowls, Indian bowls, and smoothies...quick meals that come together fast without overcomplicating things.
